Who We Are!
Chapter’s has won Restaurant of the Year at the Flavours of Hambleton in 2007, 2008, 2009 & 2010 and are winners of Restaurant of the Year (Special Occasion Category) at Yorkshire Moors & Coast Awards 2007 plus runner up 2008 & we have just been shortlisted for the 2009 Flavours of Hambleton Awards Restaurant of The Year. Our latest accolade came in 2011, the hotel was awarded the outstanding achievement award by Flavours of Hambleton.
The awards have now been changed from the Flavours of Hambleton to the Flavours of Herriot County and we are now one of the proud sponsors of these awards for the second year running.

About Us
The Hotel is only 30 minutes drive from the centres of Middlesbrough, Darlington and Northallerton and perfect for the weary business traveller or for those of you who fancy a well-deserved break. Formerly a coaching inn, the Hotel is a unique and inspirational venue in a magnificent listed building dating back some 250 years and is ideal for weddings, celebrations, business meetings, luxury dining and special breaks.
As part of the hotel's restoration each of the rooms has been refurbished in its own unique style but finished to the highest possible standards - modern luxury with traditional features such as sash windows to Plasma televisions.
Arranged over two floors, our 4 single rooms, 6 Doubles and 3 Executive Rooms feature a wide range of amenities and luxury. Children are more than welcome at Chapters, and as a convenience we have extra beds for children aged 3 - 14 years which are available for our Executive rooms and for specific doubles
